Refund and Return Policy
At Txrmetal, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Please include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Tried on indoors only, when applicable
- Clean and free from dirt, odors, marks, or damage
- In original condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, accessories, and shoe box when applicable
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Shoes must not show outdoor wear. Please try shoes on indoors on a clean surface.
Charms, shoe accessories, shoe tattoos, bags, pouches, and electronic cases must be unused and returned with all original packaging and components.
Opened or used shoe tattoos, opened blind-box products, personalized products, and products damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
- Final-sale items
- Worn, used, washed, or damaged products
- Products missing original packaging or accessories
- Opened or used shoe tattoos
- Opened blind-box or sealed products
- Gift cards
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
Return Authorization
Please contact us before sending any item back. We will review your request and provide return instructions and the approved return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to incorrect size, ordering the wrong style, change of mind, or personal preference.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us before returning it. We may provide return instructions or another appropriate solution after reviewing the issue.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on inventory. If the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the original packaging
- Photo of the shipping label
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent within 12 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipping.
