Follow the care instructions supplied with each product. Materials and decorations vary by style, so always check the product description before cleaning.

Everyday footwear

For washable moulded footwear, gently remove dirt using a soft cloth, cool water and mild soap. Rinse away soap and air dry in a shaded, ventilated area. Avoid high heat, hot water, tumble dryers, radiators and prolonged direct sunlight, which can affect shape or fit.

Linings, fabric, leather and decorated styles

Use the product-specific care instructions. Avoid immersing leather, suede, delicate decorations or non-removable linings unless the manufacturer instructions permit it. Test a small hidden area first.

Charms, bags and accessories

Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth where suitable. Avoid pulling charms through the top of the shoe; follow the installation and removal directions. Shoe tattoos are intended for suitable shoes and accessories, not skin. Check device-case compatibility before use.
